After Roe’s demise, our attention has mostly focused on the states as they work to save unborn babies. But efforts continue in DC by some of our dedicated members of Congress. Republican Senator JD Vance of Ohio is blocking nominees to the Justice Department until Attorney General Merrick Garland ends his persecution of pro-life Americans. Senator Vance said Garland is “letting the violent criminals go free” while he’s “harassing Christian parents for their political activism.” Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville of Alabama is refusing to allow Pentagon nominees to move forward until Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin withdraws a rule change that uses taxpayer dollars to fund abortions of servicewomen. Many thanks to our bold pro-life heroes in the Senate.
