Two Life Sentences

Bradley Mattes   |   April 24, 2023

Events like this make pro-abortion activists climb the walls.  Peter Ronchi has been convicted on two first-degree murder charges for stabbing his pregnant girlfriend to death.  Ronchi objects to being convicted of two life sentences – for two deaths – since the knife didn’t strike his unborn child.  The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court didn’t agree and unanimously stated, “By ending the mother’s life, he destroyed the viable fetus through cessation of maternal blood flow.”  Anyone with common sense would applaud the ruling.  Not advocates of abortion because this gives momentum to the humanity and human rights of the unborn child.  If justice can be delivered for this unborn child, it’s easier to justify protecting them from the horrific brutality of abortion.
