Major Court Victory

This is a huge victory for women and their unborn babies.  US District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk sided with four medical organizations suing the FDA for the sloppy and irresponsible way they approved chemical abortion pills back in 2000. They followed an extreme political agenda, not science.  The Court sided with medical research showing that chemical abortion pills pose a potentially severe threat to the health and wellbeing of unsuspecting American women.  While killing the baby, these dangerous pills are also known to kill women and inflict thousands more with life-threatening complications. Judge Kacsmaryk’s ruling will protect women and their babies and may very well result in removing this death drug from the market, saving millions of lives.
