Legal Answer to Chemical Abortion Pills

A brilliant legal strategy is underway that could dramatically impact the distribution and use of chemical abortion pills.  The Alliance Defending Freedom is representing four medical groups suing the FDA’s approval of the drug in 2000, without considering the impact on young girls, ignoring evidence it’s more dangerous than surgical abortion, and the list goes on.  President Clinton forced its approval by ramming it through without following standard requirements for comparable drugs.  The District Judge is likely to give a favorable decision and if it’s appealed to the Fifth Circuit Court, chances are very good there also.  Pro-abortion activists are losing their minds over how to stop this.  Please put this high on your prayer list because the outcome could save millions of lives.
