First Charges Against Domestic Terrorists

Finally, after more than eight months of domestic terrorist attacks against pro-lifers, with no results from the Department of Justice, there have been indictments by a grand jury against two individuals. Caleb Freestone and Amber Smith-Stewart are charged with spray painting threats against staff of a pro-life pregnancy center in Winter Haven, Florida. The threatening messages include, “YOUR TIME IS UP!! WE’RE COMING for U” and “We are everywhere.” The two are charged with violating the FACE Act, originally passed to protect access to abortion facilities but now being used to protect pro-life centers. If convicted, the two could face up to twelve years in prison and fines up to $350,000. Let’s pray this is just the beginning of securing justice.
