Biden Attempts to Turn ERs into Abortion Centers

In the past I’ve told you HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra is a zealous abortion advocate.  Most recently he tried to turn Texas hospital emergency rooms into abortion centers.  Becerra and the Biden administration twisted the law requiring ERs provide services even if an individual can’t pay.  Becerra tried to claim abortion is a stabilizing treatment necessary for patients regardless of what the state law says about abortion.  When his version of the emergency law and state law conflict on abortion, Becerra says “state law is preempted.”  Opponents say it was a poorly disguised attempt to transform every Texas ER into abortion centers.  The law governing ERs actually states its services are to help women patients and their unborn children.  Thankfully a judge rejected this outrageous coup attempt.
