Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed pro-life legislation ending abortion once the unborn baby reaches 15-weeks old. It was desperately needed because Florida had become a frequent destination for late-term abortions in the southeast. At the bill signing were Terri Kellogg and her adopted daughter, Hope. Hope survived an abortion and today bears a scar on her forehead where the instruments of the abortion inflicted a devastating wound to her head. After the attempted abortion, her birthmother then chose life. She was born prematurely and suffers from cerebral palsy. Terri adopted Hope when she was three months old. At the event, Terri said, “When I see her scar, I’m reminded of how God spared her life. Her life has great value, and we love her.”
