Abortion on Demand Until Birth Act

Bradley Mattes   |   March 08, 2022

An attempt in the US Senate failed to enshrine unlimited abortion into federal law.  Referred to as the Abortion on Demand Until Birth Act, it would have wiped out all pro-life legislation passed in the states.  Like limits on late-term abortion because the baby can feel pain, protecting babies from inhumane live-dismemberment abortions, ending discriminatory abortions for races, sex or Down syndrome, important health and safety standards for abortion centers, and parental involvement laws.  It would’ve eliminated providing ultrasound to women and fully informing them about the development of their babies.  While America’s moving toward laws reflecting modern science and basic human compassion, radical DC politicians are trying for force extreme legislation on our nation.
