Without a doubt Washington, DC has become a battleground of good versus evil. So, this week as we focus on bold people who stand for good over evil, we consider US Senator Joe Manchin from West Virginia. He’s taken constant criticism and hostility from his own party in his effort to protect the senate filibuster, which is the tool of last resort to protect Americans from extreme pro-abortion legislation. Senator Manchin is facing incredible pressure to cave but he’s holding strong. He also announced his vote against what critics call the Corrupt Politicians Act. They say it’d give federal bureaucrats total authority over elections and doom any chance of fair elections in the future. We commend Senator Manchin for holding his ground against evil.
