Happy Leon Day

I have a saying, “The world needs more babies and Christmas Trees.”  It combines two of my passions.  To those who love Christmas as much as me, or even more if that’s possible, today is a day to mark on your calendar.  It’s Leon Day – halfway to Christmas!  Leon is Noel spelled backward.  Noel refers to the birth of a male deity and also means Christmas.  This halfway point is a good opportunity for us to be reminded of the birth of our Deity – God made flesh – who came to earth that we might have eternal life.  At Life Issues, we’re all about promoting life – temporal life and the eternal.  I hope today you’ll be reminded to pray for unborn babies and their mothers, and thank God for sending His son.  Happy Leon Day!
