Sierra Club Racism

Many environmental groups support abortion to curtail the population, so I was pleased to see an article by a Sierra Club member in Washington state who wrote that the idea of overpopulation is “both factually incorrect and deeply racist.”  The author added, “The mainstream environmental movement has an uncomfortable history regarding race and equity.”  She’s referring to the fact nearly all of them were eugenicists, targeting their depopulation efforts toward non-white races.  Mr. Biden’s reversal of the Global Life Rule prohibiting our tax dollars from funding or promoting abortion in foreign countries, is the latest evidence eugenics is still an issue to be dealt with in America.  Check out our analysis of environmental groups and abortion at lifeissues.org.
