I fondly refer to my home state of Montana as God’s country, and now there’s another reason why it’s such a great place. Montana passed four pro-life bills that will go far in protecting the state’s most valuable natural resource – babies. One law ends abortion after twenty weeks because the baby can feel the excruciating pain of the procedure. Another requires that a woman be offered to see her baby on ultrasound and listen to the heartbeat. A third provides considerable protections for women who take the chemical abortion pill. And finally, voters will be able to determine if babies who survive late-term abortions receive basic medical care. God bless the Montana Legislature and Governor for leading the way in protecting innocent human life.
