The Arkansas Department of health started requiring every patient test negative for COVID19 within 48 hours before any elective surgery. This is a commonsense type of law that any patient or doctor should have no problem providing. Well, the only surgical abortion mill in Arkansas, along with the ACLU said no and sued to carve out an exception for the abortion industry. The abortion industry desperately wants to convince Americans they’re a legitimate part of the healthcare community, but they seem determined to operate like third-world country medicine. Imagine the risks they inflict on patients and staff by refusing to obey this law. US District Judge Brian Miller rejected their motion. Will they appeal? I’ll keep you posted.
