Just like students around the nation, you and I are returning to school to learn crucial basics to share with others to help change hearts and minds on abortion. The battle to end abortion is simply history repeating the abolitionist movement. Both suffered a poor Supreme Court decision. Ours was Roe v Wade and theirs was Dred Scott. Both declared a segment of society were nonpersons. Both the unborn and slaves were considered property that could be disposed of by the owner. The abolitionists who ended slavery fought against the same arguments. Abolitionists were told if you don’t like slavery don’t own one. We’re told if you don’t like abortion don’t have one. I’ve prepared a brief one-page document you can download at lifeissues.org. Just click on the top banner.
