The Packaging May Fool You

In the wake of Father’s Day, I came across something to share with you.  Daniel Ritchie’s condition was a surprise to his parents in the delivery room when he was born without arms and not breathing.  The doctor raised Daniel’s limp body and asked his father, “Do you want us to let him go?”  The dad’s response was, “That’s my son and you need to do anything to save him.”  In a Father’s Day tribute on Twitter, Daniel wrote, “He has fought for me and loved me from day one.  I love you dad.”  Daniel become a husband, father of two, author, student pastor and conference speaker.  His tribute to his dad was moving and a reminder God has a plan for every life entering the world, so don’t let the packaging fool you.
