Pro-abortion advocates claim thousands of women died before the Supreme Court legalized abortion. They also claim thousands will die if abortion is once again made illegal. Both statements are false. Bernard Nathanson who ran the largest abortion mill in the nation, admitted the thousands of deaths they claimed before abortion’s legalization were totally made up. The government’s Centers for Disease Control reported only thirty-nine women died from illegal abortion the year before Roe v Wade. A year after abortion was legalized throughout pregnancy, nineteen women died from illegal procedures, which was less than the twenty-five who died from legal abortion. The killing of babies was built on lies and they still depend upon them to keep it going.
