Here’s another miracle I want to tell you about. Natasha and Sam Sherwin were shocked when during the sixteenth week of pregnancy her water broke. The medics who rushed her to the hospital told Natasha to expect labor, but after two days, the baby was still safe in the womb. Doctors suggested abortion, but Natasha said no. “I wasn’t going to kill my baby,” she steadfastly said. But every week medical staff would again ask her if she wanted to abort and the answer was always the same — a resounding “No. I just knew I had to let her fight.” Labor was successfully delayed until her thirtieth week of pregnancy when her daughter, Faith, was born, weighing over two pounds. Eventually, Faith joined her two older siblings at home. And we thank God for another miracle.
