A Devastating Blow

Planned Parenthood called it “a devastating blow,” and it came from an unexpected place.  Early this year President Trump finalized the Protect Life Rule which ends tax funding for entities that don’t draw an obvious line between family planning and abortion services.  Planned Parenthood sued to stop the rule, but the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said enforcement could continue while it went through the courts.  The Department of Health and Human Services announced they’d immediately begin implementing it.  The Ninth Circuit has been notorious for leftist rulings, but the two judges who got this appeal were appointed by President Trump.  Which proves elections matter and we don’t have to fund the abortion industry with our tax dollars.
