Standing for Life is NOT Racist

Bradley Mattes   |   June 25, 2019

Pro-abortion presidential candidate, Kirsten Gillibrand showed her true colors.  She made a crude and offensive comparison about pro-life people, equating being pro-life with racism.  Basically, if you want to protect unborn babies from abortion, you’re racist.  My good friend Alveda King, niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, Junior, did a good job of correcting the candidate.  Alveda said Gillibrand “wants to protect a certain class of women, but then allow another class of women to be almost lynched.”  Alveda said Americans should “embrace the sanctity of life regardless of political affiliation” and “embrace the civil rights of the unborn.”  That’s the heart of being pro-life, protecting the civil rights of everyone – born and unborn.  Nothing racist about that.
