During the ongoing debate about state legislation legalizing late-term abortion and infanticide, we once again heard more false claims. A central argument by pro-abortion politicians, activists and the abortion industry claim only a miniscule number of late-term abortions are actually done. That depends upon your definition of “miniscule.” The government’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention believes late-term abortions make up about one point three percent of all abortions committed. We know this is low because their reporting numbers are not complete. Even so, over twelve thousand babies were killed in one year for the sake of women’s rights. One thing I do know. If you seek to build women’s rights upon the broken bodies of American children, you’ll fail.
