Godly Attitudes and Hearts

Godly Attitudes and Hearts

Philip Rivers is the quarterback for the Los Angeles Chargers and his personal life is getting attention from the media.  But the reason why may surprise you.  Rivers and his wife, Tiffany, have eight children – six girls and two boys.  When asked in an interview, “Are you done?”  His response was, “Heck no!  I hope not.”  The interviewer then asked the question he’s heard many times before, “Does your wife know you want to have more?”  And Rivers’ response was equally definitive.  “Oh yea, she’s all in.”  This couple, like many others who take their faith seriously, know children are a gift from God.  Of course, not all parents will feel called to have as many as Philip and Tiffany, but they can model the Rivers’ godly attitudes and hearts.
