Voice for the Voiceless

Abortion hurts and victimizes women.  An international Christian group, 1040 Connections, has a pro-life program called Voice for the Voiceless.  It educates women in Southeast Asia about their bodies, including abortion.  During a past training, after the class on abortion, all but one of the women began to wail in grief.  They had been previously told abortion’s just family planning and it doesn’t become a baby until the first breath.  But when faced with the truth, one cried out, “I have killed three!”  Another screamed, “I have killed five!”  The pain of realizing they had killed their babies was overwhelming, but it’s not the end of the story.  These women found redemption through Christ, were trained and now educate many others.  Yes, the truth will set them free.
