Unborn babies won a big victory in Tennessee. A few years back residents passed Amendment One, taking the right to abortion out of the state constitution. This solid victory would allow the pro-life state legislature to finally pass life-saving bills. Of course, pro-aborts took it to court demanding a recount. Amendment One spent about four years working through the system. But the Sixth Circuit court of Appeals just reversed a lower court decision and allowed the voting result to stand. The voice of Tennesseans prevailed and now more babies and their parents can be spared the horrible realities of abortion. It was estimated a quarter of the abortions done in Tennessee were on out of state women. The state had become an abortion destination, but not anymore.
