Good news from the Centers for Disease Control, which report the number of abortions in America, continues to decline. There are multiple reasons for fewer babies being sacrificed on the altar of abortion. Mostly, it’s the effective job of the collective pro-life movement. Pro-life pregnancy resource centers offer hope and life-affirming alternatives and they show mothers their babies on ultrasound. Sidewalk counselors provide eleventh-hour reprieves for many thousands of babies. Pro-life legislation on the state and federal level are diminishing the number of lives lost. But the underpinning of all these gallant efforts is pro-life education. It’s the foundation on which we build all the other victories. Every pro-life action employs education—the truth about abortion—that saves lives.
