A Very Busy Week

We all have busy weeks, but few have as many life-altering events in seven days’ time as this young mother of four.  She was despairing and hopeless as she approached the abortion mill.  She and her boyfriend were facing truly difficult circumstances and expecting their fifth child.  The pro-life sidewalk counselor offered them assistance to overcome these challenges.  Not only did she choose life for her baby, she welcomed Jesus into her heart.  After telling her boyfriend they were not aborting their baby, he responded, “Then, let’s get married now.”  The sidewalk counselor provided a ring that fit perfectly.  The pro-life group funded a thrift store dress and shoes, a garden wedding and a honeymoon night in a fancy downtown hotel, plus continued help.  God is good.
