Good Can Come from a Dark Past

Kellyanne Conway is known for being Donald Trump’s campaign manager and now a senior advisor to the president.  She’s passionately pro-life, but wasn’t always so.  Many people want to end abortion because they’ve seen or experienced the other side of this life-and-death battle.  In Kellyanne’s case, the encounter dates back to her teenage years.  She helped pay for the abortion of a friend.  During an interview she said, “Do I know anybody who ever got an abortion?  Well, of course I do.  I’ve driven them there.  I’ve helped pay.”  If you’ve been involved in some way with a past abortion, first understand there’s full forgiveness for a repentant heart.  Then use your experience to help others.  Those who’ve been there in some way have added credibility with those facing a crisis.
