Psalm 18 says “The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer.” And by their actions, Sgt. Charles Gaytan and his wife Kayla are leaning on scripture. Kayla was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, and during remission she naturally became pregnant with quadruplets. She and Charles were thrilled, but during the pregnancy, her cancer symptoms returned. The babies were born at thirty weeks and their prognosis is excellent. Now Kayla’s going through over a year of chemo treatment and doctors say her chances of surviving for five years are 50-50, but this couple has no regrets. They’ve put their faith in God and stand firmly on His promise. Please pray God would grant her healing and that she’ll be a mom to her kids for many years to come.
