Assisted Suicide Laws Increase General Suicide

I’ve long said legal abortion would diminish the value of all human life over time.  Respect and value for innocent human life is at an all-time low in America, and it’s showing by efforts to pass assisted-suicide laws.  The Centers for Disease Control announced during the last fifteen years that statistics have been available; the suicide rate has increased twenty-four percent.  And during the years assisted-suicide laws were passed and receiving media attention, the rate of suicide increased at an even faster rate.  When states legalize one kind of suicide, it’s proven to increase individual suicide.  So why aren’t those who work to stop suicide taking a position against these laws?  All life is sacred and only our Creator has the authority to end it.
