You’re Not Black Unless You’re Liberal

There are Black members of Congress who advocate for their fellow Black citizens and you’d expect that.  But in some cases, this advocacy evaporates when it comes to a preferred political agenda.  Congresswoman Karen Bass, an African-American from Los Angeles was on MSNBC, a radical left network, talking about the Supreme Court vacancy.  Bass said, “I think many people would like to see an African-American on the Supreme Court.”  Yet she knows Justice Clarence Thomas is Black.  But he’s a conservative, so according to her and other liberal Blacks, he’s not really Black.  To people like Bass, ethnicity isn’t defined by color of skin, it’s defined by political beliefs.  Justice Thomas is all too familiar with this warped thinking.  He’s been enduring it for years.
