Pro-life Governor Greg Abbot signed into law a bill that will protect its citizens from being starved or dehydrated to death in the state’s hospitals. Previous law allowed hospitals to remove food and water from patients without their consent or the consent of their families. And they only had ten days notice to find another facility willing to take the patient. Sadly most states have laws similar to Texas. You need to find out what your rights are. Most people think they’re safe and the decision is up to them or a trusted family member. Not so. Knowledge is power, so find out where you stand.
