Hobby Lobby Oral Arguments

David and Barbara Green, owners of Hobby Lobby, have put it all on the line. Yesterday the US Supreme Court heard oral arguments from them and the Mennonite owners of Conestoga Wood Specialties. Both say Obamacare would force them to provide drugs that cause abortion under the insurance plan they provide to employees. Clearly, the government’s trying to force them to do something that conflicts with Scripture. As expected, the three pro-abortion female justices sounded like they would side with Obama. A lawyer representing Hobby Lobby said he was encouraged by the justices’ questions. Even a writer for USA Today said a majority of them seemed uncomfortable with forcing companies to comply against their religious convictions. Let’s cover this with prayer.
