To all the moms who’ve experienced labor and delivery, let’s see if you have a story that can top this one. In the middle of a heavy snowstorm, Shirley told her husband, Fabian, she was in labor and things were moving fast. He couldn’t get the car up their steep hilly street. So he put Shirley into their daughter’s plastic sled and began taking her down the hill to their waiting car. But little Bella wouldn’t wait, and was born on the sled, roadside in a snowstorm. Fabien delivered the baby and took her back up to the house. An ambulance ride took them both to the hospital where they did fine. If you or someone you know has an exciting story to sell about bringing a child into the world, contact me through our website at life issues dot org. I’ll share the best one.
