Ginsburg Rails Against Activist Court

Pro-abortion Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg recently lashed out against her colleagues saying it’s “one of the most activist courts in history.” Well, look who’s calling the judicial robe black. Ginsburg’s a hard-core activist, and relishes her role leading the liberal element on the Court. Her far-left philosophy is documented in her writings and votes. She’s an outspoken critic of Roe v. Wade, not from a constitutional opinion, but purely from strategy. She feels Roe gave us pro-lifers a target to overturn on the Court. Ginsburg survived two cancers due to a level of healthcare not available to us under Obamacare. She’s vowed to not step down, regardless of who’s president, which makes the liberals nervous, should a Republican be President when she dies.
