The former head of the United Nations Population Fund is Nafis Sadik. She headed the effort back in the nineties at the UN to change terminology of “population control” to “reproductive rights.” This means they now promote abortion-on-demand to control the population of poor, third-world countries. Twenty years later, she addressed International Planned Parenthood. In her speech she lamented making no further progress in her pro-abortion agenda during the last two decades. “We get push back from just about every part of the world.” Ms. Sadik said. This pro-life success is in spite of nearly two billion dollars spent by the UN last year to push this agenda. It’s due to the organized grassroots pro-lifers throughout the world who sacrifice so much to protect women and their unborn babies.
