Darla Allgood was only seventeen when she became pregnant, and made a loving adoption plan for her son. While at the hospital, she begged the nurse, Dannella Walters, to hold the infant and tell him goodbye. Dannella said yes, even though it broke the hospital rules. Darla eventually married the father of this infant boy and they had four additional sons. It’s really funny how God works His plan of love for us. Dannella, the hospital nurse who wasn’t suppose to even be at work that night so long ago, had a daughter who married the infant who was adopted. Dannella ultimately figured things out, and now they have one big happy family who shares grandchildren and many other family joys. Imagine the loss had Darla chosen to have an abortion.
