Today’s a very special day for Americans. It’s Memorial Day—not to be mistaken for time-off-work day, bar-b-que day or travel day. It should serve as a solemn reminder—not just for families and friends of fallen soldiers—but to all Americans that freedom isn’t free. Actually, it’s cost the lives of many men and women who’ve sacrificed everything for our right to say and do as we please. Lately, government has infringed upon religious freedom and personal rights, so it’s up to you and me to stand up and speak up for the sake of our fallen soldiers and the families who loved them. Today we reach out to soldiers, veterans, and their families. Let them know how much we’re in their debt for being the gatekeepers of our freedom. Then pray for God’s abundant protection over them.
