Destructive Tornado Wake

I couldn’t believe the destruction, even after seeing the aerial shots on TV. The tornado in Moore, Oklahoma will leave a lifetime of scars on its victims. You probably agree, the worst part was the school children whose lifeless bodies were pulled from the rubble. There’s something about the death of a child that cuts to the heart. This is why abortion’s such a scourge on society. It leaves a wake of destruction deeper and wider than tornadoes. Just as the victims of Moore need our help and prayers, so do the mothers and fathers of aborted babies. When I heard the Oklahoma residents profess their faith in God and prayer, I knew they’d survive this horrendous trial. It’s the same with those touched by abortion. They too will survive if they reach out to Jesus. Let’s pray God takes special care of all of them while in crisis.
