Notre Dame Kicks Unborn to the Curb Again

The University of Notre Dame created controversy when it invited pro-abortion president Barack Obama to address a graduation ceremony and gave him an honorary doctoral degree. Tons of donors quit giving. Father Jenkins, president of the university, said he was sorry, and claimed this flagship of Catholic Universities was still pro-life. I doubted his sincerity then and more now. The university is currently offering its students summer internships with outside groups. Each of them are with notorious, pro-abortion organizations. These include Emily’’s List, the Feminist Majority Foundation and the United Nations Population Fund. Talk is cheap, and in this case it’’s a scandal. It appears a revered Catholic institution is kicking unborn babies to the curb for influence and power.
