Born With No Blood

Sometimes I think God performs miracles just to show us He’’s the author of life and we should leave it in His hands. Doctors said Olivia Norton was born with no blood. She had a severe case of anemia. Her hemoglobin, —the chemical carrying oxygen in the red blood cells, —was so low it couldn’’t be classified as blood. Olivia’’s mom says she gave birth to a “ghost white” baby. Doctors gave Olivia only two hours to live, but still gave her emergency blood transfusions. Now doctors are calling the six-month-old child a miracle. Her condition’s so rare, she’’ll be featured in medical textbooks. Let Olivia be a reminder when doctors tell you there’’s no hope.
